Can I use coaching instead of therapy?

While coaching and therapy both use evidence-based techniques, coaching is used to support individuals who are ready to move forward with emphasis on their present and future, while therapy focuses on the past and how it may have impacted the present and future. Therapy and counselling provide support for deeper issues such as mental health diseases and trauma. Coaching is focused on professional development, goal setting, and personal growth for those who are not held back by past traumas.

How are Your Coaches Trained?

The International Coach Federation (ICF) offers the world’s most trusted and respected coach training competencies. Our coaches are trained through an ICF approved coach training program with robust mentoring and supervision in the Well-being Intelligence Competency.

Will my Coaching Session be Covered by Insurance?

Currently our services are not yet covered by health insurance or extended health benefits. However, you may be able to get tuition reimbursement or education stipend, or health spending accounts where possible.

What is the pricing like?

We offer monthly subscriptions that includes all group coaching sessions, on-demand content, e-courses, workshops, webinars, and some personal coaching sessions. These vary based on the number of times you want personal coaching.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel anytime on our subscription page if you are in your account settings. Note, we do not refund payments if you cancel after the subscription payment month.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you book a session within the month and miss the session without 24 hours notice, you will be charged. All sessions rescheduling and cancellation needs 24-hour notice.
