What beliefs do you hold? Did you know that our social belief system shapes the way we see the world of work and view our interactions with each other? Most intolerant beliefs are shaped by unconscious or conscious social learning that may or may not be true.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, participants should be able to:

  • Understand how beliefs are formed
  • Learn to question your intolerant or limiting beliefs
  • Learn how to replace intolerant beliefs with positive ones
  • Create a heightened awareness of beliefs that may be intolerant

This action learning course offers micro learning to get you ready each week, group discussions, case studies, scenarios, problems solve and coaching skills applications in class to boost your confidence in applying these skills in the workplace.
