This session will focus on enhancing and exploring the link between optimism and reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. Investigating how a positive outlook contributes to heart health, immune system strength, and longevity.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion, participants should be able to:

  • Identify some probable difficult scenarios you should prepare for
  • Think through several strategic ways to respond to difficult scenarios
  • Learn some mental preparation techniques to cope with people's difficulties

Method of Delivery

This action learning course offers micro learning to get you ready each week, group discussions, case studies, scenarios, problems solve and coaching skills applications in class to boost your confidence in applying these skills in the workplace.

This leadership program is designed for new and emerging leaders, managers, and supervisors, and those who are leading an increasingly diverse team.
