Coaching: This session offers your three one-on-one coaching session with a certified coach. These sessions allow you to plan your learning, apply the content and sharpen

your focus. You will be guided on how to book your coaching sessions after registration. You must complete your coaching sessions within 90 days of the program completion.

Method of Delivery

This action learning course offers micro learning to get you ready each week, group discussions, case studies, scenarios, problems solve and coaching skills applications in class to boost your confidence in applying these skills in the workplace.
