Below you will find Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. (IWS) terms and cancellation
policy information.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, please make note of this information.
 
For cancellations made one week or more before the workshop, we offer a refund(minus a $50 administrative fee), or you can provide us with a credit for future sessions.
 
If you cancel less than a week before the workshop, please note that refunds are not available. However, you can
transfer your registration to another person without incurring any additional fees. Just inform us about the new participant's details.

Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to unforeseen issues or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. We recommend arranging travel and accommodations with this possibility in mind

Interested in attending as a group? Here's how:

Select your desired workshop and indicate the number of participants.

Complete the registration with all the necessary details.

A 10% discount is automatically applied to orders for four or more attendees.

Continuing Education Credit:

You can earn continuing education credits from attending any of our trainings. The credits are calculated as follows:

  • Full-day courses – 6 hours
  • Two-day courses or conferences – 12 hours
  • Half-day courses – 3 hours
  • Webinars – 1 hour

A completion certificate will be provided. We pre-approved professional development credits for SHRM, CPHR Manitoba, ICF, and the Health and Wellness Board. Verify the acceptance of these credits with your association or licensing body or visit their website for further details.

Media Policy:

IWS may capture video and photo content during events for promotional use. If you wish to know about media activities at your event, please indicate your preference
