Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. (IWS) has had a long standing service record for providing comprehensive workplace wellness solutions to all Government of Canada departments through Health Canada’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and health plans. The services include training content, coaching, conflict management, and workplace wellness support delivered through Special Organizational Services (SOS) and Informal Conflict Management Services (ICMS).
