Event Description:
The Wellness Facilitator WIS® Certification provides an expansive knowledge of the theory and science of well-being through the Wellness Improvement System® (WIS®) approach. It prepares to facilitate WIS® wellness conversations, risks assessment, wellness analysis, audits, and well-being competency alignments with workplaces to reduce employee well-being risks.

Gallup research shows that employees with low well-being are a risk to their organizations. Wellness Improvement Facilitators WIS® Learn to assess employee risks and reduce and create a wellness improvement plan for success.
- Become skilled at facilitating the nine-dimensional wellness system assessment.
- Learn to facilitate whole system wellness conversation sessions with organizations.
- Learn to provide comprehensive wellness system analysis and well-being competency alignment consultation with corporations.
This certification program qualifies you to become facilitator of the WIS@Work program and Facilitator of the WIS® Assessment. It's designed to deliver high-impact learning and results, focusing on practical application and real-world effectiveness.
What is the schedule?
And how will the certification be administered? The program runs from May 1st to June 25th, 2024. Live sessions will take place on scheduled days from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm Central Time. You'll engage in experiential learning sessions followed by self-directed modules. Attendance at all live sessions is mandatory for certification.
How many people will be in my program?
To ensure individualized support, we limit program capacity to 25 participants. Register soon to secure your spot. Registration closes on April 15, 2024.
What is the price of the program?
$3,400 USD - This includes all materials, support, and access to resources needed for certification. Additionally, participants receive professional development credits accredited through our partnership with SHRM, CPHR Manitoba and ICF ACTP.

What is required of me to get certified?
Full participation in all aspects of the program is required for certification. You'll also need to assess your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for administering the Wellness Facilitator WIS® and Human Development Well-being Competency alignment debriefing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once the program has begun, refunds are not provided. However, we offer options for completing certification in future cohorts.
