Wellness facilitators are becoming an essential part of the organizational development team. As more organizations are responding to the great resignation, more employers are recognizing that the old way of doing things no longer work.

This training prepares you to add corporate wellness OD and change management consulting and training to your practice. Learners receive the cutting-edge wellness competency knowledge base, the wellness competency alignment framework, the wellness engagement, and WIS@Work framework, you will also receive the templates and tools to make incredible changes in the employee workplace wellness arena.
