Two Ways to Begin

Start where you are
ready to start

Both options are conducted with leaders only. Neither requires any disruption to employees or existing programs. Both give your organization something concrete before the next step is discussed.

Entry Point

Resilience Audit Pilot

The lowest-commitment way to experience the WIS®RQ Resilience framework before deciding on a full audit or infusion program. The Audit Pilot gives your leadership team a focused, time-bound introduction to the framework applied to one aspect of your wellness program.

  • Scoped review of one program area or initiative using the WIS®RQ resilience framework
  • One 90-minute leadership session with a WIS®RQ certified facilitator
  • A brief resilience gap summary for the area reviewed
  • Clear next-step recommendations with no obligation to proceed

The WIS®RQ Resilience Framework

Apply resilience at
every level of your organization

The audit is not just a diagnostic exercise. It gives your leadership team a working understanding of the WIS®RQ resilience framework so you can apply it at every level of your organization, from individual employees to team programs to organizational culture initiatives.

Explore the WIS®RQ Platform
1

Individual Resilience

Every employee understands their own nine-dimension resilience profile and has the awareness to act on it proactively.

2

Team Resilience

Teams have shared language, shared data, and targeted support for the resilience dimensions showing the most strain.

3

Program Resilience

Your wellness programs, EAP, mental health benefits, and training initiatives are aligned to real resilience gaps rather than assumed needs.

4

Organizational Culture Resilience

Resilience becomes embedded in how your organization operates, hires, develops, and supports people over time.

What Leaders Discover

The six most common findings
from every audit we conduct

01

Wellness programs address symptoms not sources

Most programs respond to stress and burnout after they have already taken hold. The audit identifies which resilience dimensions are being left unaddressed, allowing strain to build without any program touching it.

02

The interpersonal dimension is almost always underserved

Conflict, communication breakdown, and low trust are among the most common causes of team strain. Most wellness programs have nothing that directly addresses interpersonal resilience, which the WIS®RQ framework identifies as central to sustainable performance.

03

Leaders have not experienced the programs they are offering

When leaders complete the WIS®RQ Resilience Index as part of the audit package, most report that it is the first time they have measured their own resilience. That awareness changes how they lead and how they advocate for their teams.

04

Existing investment is significantly under-targeted

Organizations are often offering the right resources to the wrong people or in the wrong sequence. The audit shows where realignment, not additional spending, would produce better outcomes immediately.

05

There is no measurement of resilience outcomes

Participation rates and satisfaction surveys are not resilience outcomes. The audit identifies the measurement gap and recommends the specific data points that would allow leadership to see actual resilience movement over time.

06

The financial and occupational dimensions carry hidden risk

Financial stress and occupational depletion are among the least visible resilience challenges in most organizations and among the most predictive of long-term absenteeism and turnover. Most wellness programs do not address them directly.

From Joyce Odidison

“Every leader I have worked with has been surprised by what the audit reveals. Not because the problems are new, but because they finally have a framework to name them.”

The Workplace Resilience Audit is not a performance review of your wellness program. It is a clarity exercise. Leaders walk in knowing something is not working. They walk out knowing exactly what it is, where it is, and what the first practical step looks like. That clarity alone changes the conversation at the leadership table.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you book
your audit

What is a Workplace Resilience Audit?

+

A Workplace Resilience Audit is a structured leadership review of your existing wellness program mapped against the WIS®RQ nine-dimensional resilience framework. It identifies precisely where resilience is missing from your current initiatives, where existing investment is misaligned or untargeted, and what specific changes would make your wellness program measurably more effective. The audit is conducted with leaders only and requires no disruption to employees or existing programs. The full audit includes five WIS®RQ Resilience Index Profiles for your leadership team so they experience the framework firsthand before applying it organizationally.

How is the Audit Pilot different from the full audit?

+

The Audit Pilot is a scoped, time-bound introduction to the WIS®RQ resilience framework applied to one area of your wellness program. It is designed for organizations that want to experience the framework and see a sample of the findings before committing to a full audit. The full audit covers your entire wellness program across all nine resilience dimensions, includes structured leadership interviews, produces a complete gap report and prioritized action plan, and includes the five leadership WIS®RQ Resilience Experiences. The pilot is the right starting point if there is internal hesitation about the scope or if you want to build internal confidence before a broader recommendation.

Who participates in the audit?

+

The audit is conducted entirely at the leadership level. Typically this includes HR directors or managers, the Chief People Officer or equivalent, wellness program leads, and selected senior leaders who have visibility into the organization’s people programs. No frontline employees, managers, or broader staff are involved in the audit process itself. The five leadership WIS®RQ Resilience Experiences included in the full audit are completed individually and confidentially by up to five members of your leadership team at their own pace.

Do we need to have a formal wellness program already in place?

+

No. The audit works equally well whether you have a comprehensive wellness program, a basic EAP arrangement, informal wellness activities, or something in between. What matters is that you have some form of investment in employee well-being that you want to make more effective. If you are starting from scratch with no existing programs, the audit can serve as a foundation for building a resilience-informed wellness strategy from the beginning rather than retrofitting resilience into something already built.

What happens after the audit?

+

You receive a complete resilience gap report and a prioritized action plan specific to your organization. The report identifies which resilience dimensions your current programs are addressing, which are being left unserved, and what specific changes would produce the greatest impact with your existing investment. From there the next step is entirely your decision. Many organizations proceed to the Resilience Infusion program to begin implementing the recommendations. Others use the findings to make internal changes before returning for a follow-up. There is no obligation to continue with IWS after the audit is complete.

How long does the audit take?

+

The Audit Pilot is typically completed in a single 90-minute leadership session plus a brief document review beforehand. The full Workplace Resilience Audit typically spans two to three weeks from initial documentation review through leadership interviews to final report delivery. Timing can be adjusted to fit your organization’s schedule and the availability of your leadership team. Neither the pilot nor the full audit requires any single large block of time from your leadership team.
