Find the resilience deficits hiding inside your wellness strategy.
Most organizations are investing in wellness, mental health, engagement, and leadership support. Yet burnout, conflict, low trust, disengagement, and underperformance keep showing up. The Workplace Resilience Audit helps leaders see what their current efforts are missing and where resilience infrastructure needs to be built.
Trusted by leaders across government, healthcare, education, and industry
Wellness programs support people. Resilience infrastructure helps them thrive.
What if the issue is not the absence of wellness support?
Many organizations already have wellness resources, benefits, EAPs, training, and mental health supports. The challenge is that these supports often operate as activities rather than infrastructure.
- People know support exists, but do not know how to rebuild their own resilience capacity.
- Leaders see symptoms, but do not have a framework to identify the resilience deficit underneath.
- Wellness spending continues, but burnout, conflict, claims, disengagement, and trust issues keep returning.
From scattered wellness activity
to resilience clarity
The audit is a strategic clarity exercise. It helps leaders stop guessing, name what is missing, and decide where resilience needs to be intentionally infused.
Map resilience gaps
Review existing wellness, leadership, culture, and employee support efforts through a resilience lens to identify what is missing or underdeveloped.
Agitate the real risk

Prioritize the next move
Receive a practical action plan showing what to stabilize, what to strengthen, and where to begin building resilience infrastructure.

“The audit is not a performance review of your wellness program. It is a clarity exercise.”
Leaders usually know something is not working. The audit gives them a framework to name what is happening, see where resilience is missing, and begin building capacity before the cost becomes greater.

What is a Workplace Resilience Audit?
A Workplace Resilience Audit is a structured leadership-level review of your existing wellness, leadership, culture, and employee support initiatives through a resilience infrastructure lens. It identifies where resilience is missing, where current investment may be under-targeted, and what should be strengthened first.
Is this an employee survey?
No. The audit is conducted with leaders and existing program materials. It does not disrupt employees. The full audit includes five WIS®RQ Resilience Index Profiles for selected leaders so they experience the framework firsthand.
How is this different from a wellness program review?
A traditional review often looks at participation, utilization, or satisfaction. The Resilience Audit looks at whether your wellness investment is building the resilience capacity employees and leaders need to adapt, recover, communicate, collaborate, and perform under pressure.
What happens after the audit?
You receive findings, priorities, and a recommended action path. Depending on what the audit reveals, the next step may be Resilience Infusion™, a 90-Day Team Resilience Accelerator™, workforce WIS®RQ deployment, leadership development, or a scoped enterprise engagement.
See what your wellness program is missing before you invest in another solution.
