Health Canada needed a nationwide, inclusive, and measurable wellness framework to support employees across departments , particularly Black public service employees navigating leadership and second – language advancement challenges. Existing programs lacked consistency, diagnostic clarity, and measurable outcomes.
Interpersonal Wellness Services partnered with Health Canada’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to implement the WIS® Nine – Dimensional Resilience Index™ as the core diagnostic and delivery framework , supported by a custom digital platform, resilience mapping, and ongoing resilience clinics.
This initiative e stablished a national benchmark for inclusive, data-driven employee wellness in Canada’ s federal public service.
