For instance, a shift toward self-esteem-building workshops and coaching with two of our client organizations led to a noticeable improvement in team collaboration and employee satisfaction. This atmosphere makes the daily grind more enjoyable and promotes a collaborative spirit that is invaluable in any team.

In one workplace engagement, an employee lashed out at a peer for being too nice. She found it to be irritating and made her feel patronized. In further coaching, it was revealed that she felt that she hadn’t attained the level of success she anticipated at this stage of her career so her sense of self-esteem was wounded.
