The Challenge
StandardAero, a global aeros pace engineering organization, was facing low morale, cultural fatigue, and leadership disengagement across technical teams. Traditional leadership training had failed to address the relational and emotional demands required to lead effectively in a complex, performance driven environment.
The Intervention
Interpersonal Wellness Services designed and delivered the Relational Resilience Leadership Program for 125 leaders — mid – level through executive — combining structured leadership modules, targeted coaching, and resilience – based communication practices embedded into engineering workflows.
The Impact (within six months)
- 125 leaders completed the first phase of the program
- Leaders reported improved communication, trust, and morale
- Cross – department collaboration increased between engineering and support teams
- Relational leadership became a strategic capability for long – term culture transformation
