How is this different from an employee engagement survey?
Engagement surveys measure sentiment — how people feel about work. The WIS® Resilience Index measures capacity across 9 dimensions of well-being. Engagement tells you something is off. Resilience Mapping tells you where, why, and what to do about it. Every participant gets a personal Rx report, not just an aggregate score.
Do individual results stay private?
Yes. Individual Resilience Index results and Rx reports are completely private and confidential. Leaders and HR sponsors only see aggregated, anonymised team-level data. This is essential — people need to feel safe being honest for the data to be useful.
How long does it take each person to complete?
The initial assessment takes approximately 25–35 minutes. The rest of the immersive experience — identifying Resilience Currencies, reviewing the Rx report, and applying micro-practices — unfolds over the 30-day window at each person’s own pace. It is designed to not disrupt daily work.
What is the minimum team size?
Resilience Mapping works with teams of any size. For aggregated team dashboards to be statistically useful and maintain anonymity, we recommend a minimum of 5 participants. Individual professional plans are also available for leaders who want their own personal resilience map first.
What happens after the 30 days?
After Resilience Mapping, you have clear data on where your team stands. From there, we guide you to the right next step: the Resilience Activation Series (4 weeks of guided support), a Team Resilience Reset (30-day intervention for strained teams), or Relational Leadership Coaching if the data points to leadership-level strain. Extended access to 60 or 90 days is also available.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. The WIS® Platform is built with enterprise-grade privacy and GDPR compliance. All data is encrypted, access is role-based, and individual results are never shared with employers.
