For nearly three decades, Joyce has helped organizations and professionals navigate stress, conflict, and burnout. A severe burnout episode in 2015, where she collapsed mid-flight, became the turning point that led her to design a science-backed system to detect and prevent burnout before collapse.

From that work came the Well-being Intelligence System® (WIS®) and the WIS® Resilience Diagnostic, now used internationally. Joyce is known for helping leaders identify and resolve the hidden stressors that undermine team capacity long before burnout, conflict, or costly setbacks occur. She is Creator of the Currency of Resilience Framework™ and the WIS® Resilience Mapping Platform, providing a groundbreaking HRTech solution that transforms scattered wellness efforts into clear, actionable resilience data and leader-ready plans.
