About
Why We Exist and Why This Work Matters
Subheadline: Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. (IWS) is a workplace resilience intelligence and interpersonal performance firm. We help organizations identify early warning signs of conflict, mental health breakdowns, and burnout before they become expensive claims, absenteeism, turnover, investigations, and performance dips. Using WIS® Resilience Intelligence Platform Mapping and Interpersonal Performance Platform, we provide quantifiable Workforce Resilience Risk Awareness data that leaders can act on fast. We make it easy for employees to reengage and transform limiting behaviours before they affect the entire team.

The Insight That Started Everything
Most Workplace Challenges Are Not Performance Problems
They are resilience problems hidden inside relationships, systems, and leadership pressure.
For over 28 years, we have worked alongside leaders, HR teams, and organizations to uncover what is really driving burnout, conflict, disengagement, and repeated breakdowns at work, and to design solutions that actually stick.
Whether you are exploring options, responding to an emerging issue, or looking for clarity before acting, we are here to help you choose the right next step.

Our Story
From Conflict Analysis to Resilience Intelligence
Joyce Odidison was called into organizations as a Conflict Analyst when disruptive situations threatened to pull teams apart. As she listened, it became clear that conflict was the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the anger, resentment, and dissatisfaction were deeper hidden stressors eroding well-being long before any crisis emerged.
She kept seeing the same pattern: teams under strain, leaders absorbing invisible load, wellness programs that did not change outcomes, and the same issues resurfacing under new labels. People were struggling in key areas of life and work that traditional approaches never addressed.
This led her to map those trouble spots, which produced the 9 Dimension WIS® Model and, later, the Currency of Resilience Framework. These tools allowed organizations to map, measure, and transform the underlying conditions driving conflict, burnout, and disengagement, delivering the fastest behaviour change she has seen in her career.
Together, the WIS® Resilience Intelligence Platform, the Resilience Index, and the Currency of Resilience Framework form the foundation of everything IWS delivers today, moving organizations from reaction to prevention.

Our Mission
Making Resilience Visible, Measurable, and Sustainable
We believe:
We believe resilience is a system, not a trait. Relationships are central to performance. Early insight prevents costly escalation. Ethical, data-informed decisions protect both people and organizations.
What Guides Our Work
Science before solutions. Clarity before intervention. Prevention before crisis. Human dignity at every level.
Built for Trust, Privacy, and Psychological Safety
Security & Compliance
Organizations trust us with sensitive resilience and well-being information. We take that responsibility seriously. The WIS® Resilience Intelligence Platform is designed to meet the expectations of government, healthcare, education, and regulated environments.
Data Privacy & Protection
Individual assessment results are private and confidential. Organizations only see aggregated, anonymized insights. No individual data is visible to managers or leaders. Role-based access controls protect sensitive information.
Ethical Use of Data
Assessments are non-clinical and non-diagnostic. Data is used solely to support resilience, performance, and prevention. No medical or psychological treatment decisions are made through the platform.
Security Practices
Secure hosting and encrypted data transmission. Access controls and authentication safeguards. Regular system monitoring and maintenance. Additional technical documentation is available upon request.
Psychological Safety by Design
Beyond technical security, the platform is designed to reduce fear of disclosure, encourage honest participation, and protect dignity and trust, because data without safety distorts results
