Phase 01

Resilience Mapping & Rapid Stabilization (Days 1 – 3)

This is the baseline for all emergency interventions

  • 30-Day Team Resilience Mapping (assessment + Resilience Anchors™ baseline)
  • 30–45 minute leader intake (situation, history, risk, key players)
  • Rapid risk screen (harassment flags, safety, HR constraints)
  • Immediate containment plan: what to stop and start in the next 7 days
  • Leader communication script to reset expectations and stabilize the team

This phase ensures decisions are made using data, not emotion or assumptions.

Phase 02

Targeted Conflict Intervention (Days 4 – 10)

  • Confidential 1:1 stakeholder interviews (3–6 participants)
  • Facilitated team intervention session (90–120 minutes)
  • Team working charter and agreements
  • Practical micro-skills

Phase 03

Lock In, Leadership Control & Prevention (Weeks 2 – 4)

  • 60-minute leadership coaching session
  • 14-day follow up team check in (45 minutes)

  • Clear next step recommendations based on the 30-day resilience baseline
