Joyce Odidison

Joyce Odidison, MA, PCC, CTDP is an author, speaker and thought leader of the

Nine-dimensional Wellness Competency Mindset Teaching. A conflict analyst,

and corporate wellness trainer for 24 years, who helps employees stay well and

resilient through difficult changes and challenging conflicts at work.

Joyce is a C-Suite level trainer, and workplace wellness specialist, who works

with government, private businesses, and post secondary institutions of all sizes

to create an atmosphere of relational well-being to foster emotional and

mental resilience. Her company Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. hosts

the annual Global Workplace Wellness Summit, and she is host of the What’s

Happening at Work podcast. She has a master’s degree in Conflict

Management, is a Certified Training and Development Practitioner, former

university and college instructor, and promoter of emotional and mental

resilience.
