Are you certified coach who is looking for high level coach training that explores theory and practice? Want advanced learning but don’t want to pay a fortune? Take the WISC advanced program and gain a high level coaching dialogue that meets your needs and equips you to scale your practice to the next level.

This diploma program is an advanced business building program for certified coaches who are looking for additional learning to scale their coaching practice. It consist of 10 course modules, modules XVI – XXV as listed below, the advanced Mentor coaching clinic, and 12 hours of supervised coaching sessions.

You must be a certified coach from the WIS coaching program or from another ICF approved coach training program with at least 125 coach training hours and a minimum of 300 coaching practice hours working with paid clients to apply. View the advanced courses below:

Course Description


Advanced Assessment Tools – Module XVI

This module is designed for the advanced learner who wants to explore strategies and techniques for reaching difficult clients. The module will examine the solution focus approach, conflict management and transformational theory to move clients forward. It also includes taking a closer look at several conflict assessment tools that can be used to help clients gain personal insight.

Goals, Passion, Purpose & Execution – Module XVII

This module will explore strategies to aide clients in becoming more successful at setting and reaching strategic goals. It explores the concept of Appreciative Inquiry and Socratic Questioning to identify and align goals to passions, develop successful execution strategies and raise awareness of challenges to successful execution. It also helps examine FALSE beliefs, ideas and concepts that may be holding one back from living their purpose.

Barriers to Career Mobility & Transition – Module XVIII

Power tools are essential to equip clients with information and knowledge. They can include reflective tools, games, artful and fun activities, communication tools, books, metaphors and stories. These can all work to help clients become more aware of themselves and their impact on others. It can also serve to help them find new information or research new opportunities for their success. The impact of these tools are that they empower and enthuse clients’ success. This module will provide the coach with a platform to explore and learn about these strategies and apply them.

Self- Care – Reflective Practitioner – Module XIX

Practitioners need to maintain their own wellness. Serving others requires a high level of self- awareness and personal wellness. This module is designed to develop your practice in the art of reflection. Reflection is an amazing skill to develop as you grow your practice. Participants will practice several strategies for reflection, such as journaling, meditation, stories, metaphors, art and visualizing. The practitioner will practice to maintain detachment, empathy and self-care in their work with clients.

Wellness Conversations – Module XX

Wellness is a growing area of development that most clients are embracing. In this class participants will practice helping clients to develop personal wellness plan, create structures and design actions to take ownership and achieve success with their wellness.

Transformational Learning – Module XXI

Transformational learning theory explores how adults can learn outside the bounds of their own social constraints and support coaching as a process for active engagement in one’s learning by staying actively engaged and aware. This course will explore who these to concepts merge and support growth, learning and change in clients.

Solution Focus Coaching – Module XXII

Solution Focused questions are an excellent way to increase inquiry and help clients develop their own insight. Inquiry and powerful questions will be the key competency of this course as it will explore appreciative inquiry, Socratic questioning and moving clients forward.

Ethical Issues in Client Services – Module XXIII  New!!

This course help coaches prepare to work with clients who want to excel in this area for personal growth and development.
