I have a free video on self-esteem in our learning management system that is worth viewing. Check it our now.

We will also be covering these topics in the upcoming Life Coaching Clinics.

Check this out if you want to do some personal work in this area. Developing your self-esteem is a simple way to help yourself deal with negative self-talk and self-doubt.
