Interactions in these relationships often leave parties emotionally bruised, battered, angry, unhappy, sad, depressed, hurt, discouraged, or overwhelmed. No one likes to see those they love hurt, yet many people tell me they often are the cause of their loved ones’ pain; often because they lack relationship rules, values, boundaries and expectations for their interactions.

Are the dynamics of your relationship causing you unease, discomfort, upset, frustration? These feelings of turmoil and unhappiness can often be depicted as rocky or tumultuous. You and your relationships deserve better!

This spring I am offering a five -week series, offering tips and tools to help you resolve rocky relationships and work towards the relationships you deserve. Don’t give up on your relationship or the other person.
