10 Nov Remembering
Can you remember your last big win? Can you remember your first day on the job? Can you remember all the things that brought you to this place in your life and this level of success? Remembering is something…..
As we all stop to remember the sacrifices of our heroes who defended the rights we now hold dear, I want to invite you to remember other great moments in your life. Can you recall your last raise? Can you remember your last big win? Can you remember your first day on the job? Can you remember all the things that brought you to this place in your life and this level of success?
Remembering is something we as humans must take time to do. We often move from one thing to the next without taking time to calibrate our successes and learn from our failures.
As we enter into middle of November, you may be looking at Goals for 2015 you haven’t met. You may be thinking of new goals for 2016 such as earning more, growing your business, caring for your loved ones, improving a skill, downsize or retire in 2016. As you do so, I want to urge you to take time to remember.
Remember the successes and the failures, remember the ups and downs and how they each aided your growth in different ways. As you remember and reflect, I hope you find something to be grateful for and something to celebrate.
Don’t forget to remember it is a great way to honor the past and prepare for the future.
