Do you have what you need to Make 2015 Your Best Year?

Millions of people everywhere have started the year with a resolution, including you and me. Statistically by the end of January, most of us will have separated emotionally from those resolutions and by year end, we will begin to feel guilty and miserable.Pain Relief - Interpersonal Wellness - Wellness Coaching - Canada

There is another way to make this year different. Don’t just look at your resolution, think rather look around to see what you need to have in your life to make it possible. Once you have done this, you will be better equipped to determine the outcome.  For example, if my goal is to sign up 100 new clients this year. I would first look at whether I had the infrastructure to support that much work. Then I would go after creating the infrastructure and putting measures in place that will support my goal of signing on 100 new clients. The right people with the right skills, the right marketing plan and the systems to make it work well.

So think of what you resolved to do or stop doing in 2015. Do you have all that you need to make that happen? If not, you may be setting yourself up for failure and disappointments, but it’s not too late, look around you, who in your network has what you need? Can you approach them and ask them to support you? Can you ask to borrow or acquire what you need to ensure you can reach and support your resolution? If so, begin asking for what you need now, pray, meditate and write small reminders for yourself. I believe that you will find that this sets you on the path to making 2015 your best year ever.
