I improve my overall wellness with a key focus on my physical wellness.
Why am I doing this? My reason – each year I complete the wellness assessment to see how well I’m doing in each life dimension and I choose areas to work on through that year. I do this in my birth month. This year I planned on working through all the dimensions with a particular focus on my physical wellness dimension.
As this birthday is 49, the next big one will be 50, a time in life when one is more vulnerable to diseases, I do this because I want to preserve my health and keep diseases at bay.
So here is what to expect from my blogs in the next year. I will be releasing a video blog each week from one of my kitchens, either at home or at my office kitchen. I will be showing how I work through improving my wellness. Since I’ve been teaching this model for over a decade, this will be the first time that I share with my community how I use the Wellness Improvement System (WIS) model to live and work well.
Since I love to cook and eat, I trust you will enjoy these short videos as they come from my heart.
