Ever Wondered if There Was More to Spiritual Wellness?

One of the things I teach in the Wellness Competency Mindset teaching is that being spiritually well is not just something for the religious folks. There are many benefits to staying spiritually well. Among them is your ability to fulfill your purpose in life and to live in alignment with your values.

As we battle the coronavirus pandemic, you may find yourself feeling disheartened, hopeless, seeking for something more to believe in. This a call for some spiritual wellness development.

Long before coronavirus we were struggling with burnout, overwhelm and stress, not realizing that we are not spending enough time with ourselves. Spiritual wellness is what happens with a closer awareness and connection with yourself. Watch this video as I walk you through the spiritual wellness assessment.
