Course Name: Engaging Employees in Workplace Wellness

Course Overview: The wellness facilitator program offers you an inclusive competency-based training to facilitate wellness in all places of work and life. The program is based on the competency teaching framework and comprehensive Wellness Improvement System® (WIS).

Course Description: This course will explore ways to engage employees to interact, engage with and participate in the workplace wellness strategy or program activities. It will explore what has not worked in the past and how to adjust for remote and hybrid workplace and group participation.
