The Certificate in Diversity Equity Inclusion Interpersonal Well-being (DEIW) offers leaders the insight, awareness, and roadmap to make the necessary changes to an inclusive, vibrant, and thriving workplace, with the following elements:
  • A flexible program– Learners can take the pre-requisite course, then take other courses when they fit your calendar. The ten-day program can be completed in two months, one year or over a few years.
  • Relevant and Comprehensive– The courses offer a fully enhanced view of the issues and opportunities in diversity, equity, and inclusion for leaders and their organizations, looking at race relations, diversity conflict management, critical conversations, ethics, and intergenerational trauma of racism, unconscious bias, micro-inequities, and misogyny.
  • Practical – Gain the practical skills and tools to address the changing needs of diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces. Learn how to engage employees from all groups and biodiversity to move your organization forward
  • Customizable– Choose any of these courses as a half-day or full-day workshop for your employees and teams to expand awareness and diversity relations. You have the option to choose from a wide range of IWS courses and certifications in coaching leadership, or workplace wellness to tailor this certification to meet your needs.

The DEIW certificate program is designed for cohorts of leadership teams, management teams and employee groups to examine critical aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion, and interpersonal relationships in their workplaces towards optimizing team performance and well-being. Each course in this certificate program consists of an introductory webinar and learning units that contain videos, articles, knowledge checks, discussion questions, deep reflection questions and 60 minutes of online interaction with the course instructor.

The diversity, inclusion, equity, and interpersonal well-being certificate program is designed to help prepare leaders, practitioners, human resource professionals and coaches with an in-depth look at the interpersonal challenges and how to foster healting and interpersonal- well-being. 

 

Leadership Roadmap to DEI and Well-being – Reconstructing Interpersonal and Historical Racist Relations at Work. 

It is time to heal the rifts of interpersonal and historical and systemic racism in our workplaces and the world and promote interpersonal well-being. This course will explore the historical context of racism, diversity, and inequity in western society. It will examine the dynamics of racial diversity and how you can be part of the solution that fosters racial interpersonal relations and well-being.
