This Diversity Inclusion and Interpersonal Well-being certificate program is designed for cohorts of leadership teams, management teams and employee groups to examine critical aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion, and interpersonal relationships in their workplaces towards
optimizing team performance and well-being. Each course in this certificate program consists of an introductory webinar and learning units that contain videos, articles, knowledge checks, discussion questions, deep reflection questions and 60 minutes of online interaction with the course instructor.
The certificate program is delivered over four (4) weeks or (8) weeks (part-time), fully online, in person or in a blended format. Each course in the program can be delivered over one (1) full day or half-day intensive workshop.
