Coach training for allI believe coaching to be a human development skill necessary for all successful professionals an
d entrepreneurs should develop.

Don’t misunderstand me! I don’t believe everyone should become a certified coach. I think some people are not great coaches and should have never become coaches, yet there are those who were born to be coaches and should spend their careers coaching and developing others. I believe there should be a clear distinction between the two. This is why at Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. we offer coach training courses in several focus areas for human development. This allows professionals to sharpen certain skills, or improve in a certain area to take specific courses to develop themselves both professionally, and individually. We have added several of these courses to our LMS, so busy professionals can take a course in the comfort of their home or office. These courses allow you to learn coaching concepts that can be immediately applied, with the option to join the live seminars with us for practice at your convenience. One of our most popular courses is our introduction to coaching course called Fundamentals of coaching. This is an ideal course to help you gain a coaching foundation and skills that can be applied to your leadership, workplace, conversations and personal life. I think of coaching as a tool we can use in all aspects of our interpersonal communication at work and home. My twenty-two-year-old son just completed a coaching certification after completing his bachelor degree a year ago and is now applying to enter the career of his choice with a strong communication and interpersonal skills foundation. My daughter has just asked to start the coach training program to sharpen up on her professional skills.Taking a coaching course opens up senses we seldom use and sharpen intuitive skills and listening abilities that have been dormant. It allows us to become aware of nuances in conversations, breathing, body language and raises our awareness and ability to communicate at a deeper level with more influence and success.I haven’t experienced coach training as the woo woo process that many people associate it with. The coach training we do at Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. is about transforming the whole person into their best self. Our program is based on neuroscience, change management, transformation, conflict management, interpersonal communication and social psychology perspectives. We continue to align our courses to include new research annually and we give our students the opportunity to remain life-long learners with us, allowing them to retake courses that were offered when they trained with us. The very strong foundation of our courses allows us to provide cutting edge leadership coach training inside and outside organizations globally. Our coach training program serves mid-career professionals and executives who have a lot of life experiences and are looking for a way to accelerate their careers. Over the nine years that we have been offering coach training. I have seen many professionals maximize their careers options, increase their income, gain promotions and advance to leadership roles in their organizations they would not have sought before taking coach training. Many have also set up coaching practices adding clients to their roster and growing their income and their influence. If you are wondering whether coach training would be beneficial for you, you can take our Fundamentals of Coaching course. Sign-up for e-course and then take the live seminar practice in-person or online.
