Have you Ever had to Struggle to Break Bad Habits? It takes work to break any bad habits but….
it’s even harder to break a habit that is bad for your wellness. It is especially hard to break a habit from which you derive guiltily pleasures.
I know because I have had to break a few bad habits and every quarter when I do my WIS Assessment, I reminded that I have other bad habits I need to overcome.
What are your bad habits? What are you struggling to change or get over in 2015? Many people start the year
with New Year’s resolution, only to fall short of their goals. It may be that they have not taken the time to look at the habit(s) that are supporting their current behavior.
Spend some time looking at habit breaking strategies, so you can set and reach your goals successfully in 2015.
