Built by people who believe
work should not cost you your health
Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. was founded on the conviction that burnout is preventable, that mental health crises in the workplace are largely addressable, and that when people truly understand their resilience, they are capable of far more than most organizations ever see.
IWS helps organizations protect employee dignity, mental well-being, psychological safety, and performance before workplace strain becomes a crisis. Using the Currency of Resilience Framework and the WIS®RQ Resilience Intelligence Platform, IWS provides privacy-conscious, aggregated Workforce Resilience Audits and Risk Awareness insights that show where pressure is building, where resilience is depleted, and where support is needed most.

Misan Odidison
Retired Police Officer · 27 Years of Service
Misan brings deep experience in high-pressure decision-making, conflict resolution, and people-centred problem solving developed over 27 years in law enforcement. At IWS, he oversees the systems, structures, and operational backbone that support the organization’s mission. His work ensures that leaders, teams, and organizations are supported by processes that function consistently, efficiently, and with integrity, especially in fast-moving or high-stress environments. Whether serving in uniform or supporting organizations behind the scenes, his commitment remains the same: to bring stability, order, and practical solutions where people and systems are under strain.
From Conflict Analysis
to Resilience Intelligence
Joyce Odidison was called into organizations as a Conflict Analyst when disruptive situations threatened to pull teams apart. As she listened, it became clear that conflict was only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the anger, resentment, and dissatisfaction were deeper hidden stressors eroding well-being long before any crisis emerged.
“In 2015, I collapsed from burnout at 30,000 feet, mid-flight, despite being a wellness expert. That moment changed everything.” Joyce Odidison
That experience revealed a gap that no existing system was addressing: the need for a rigorous, measurable, multi-dimensional tool that could detect depletion before it reached a breaking point. From that moment, the Well-being Intelligence System (WIS®) was born. Joyce went on to develop the Currency of Resilience Framework and Canada’s first resilience mapping platform, positioning workplace resilience not as a wellness activity but as strategic organizational infrastructure that can be measured, tracked, and built over time.
Learn How Our Platform WorksTrusted across sectors
where human performance matters most
Federal and Provincial Government
IWS has delivered resilience coaching, conflict analysis, and leadership development programs to some of Canada’s largest public institutions including Treasury Board, Health Canada, and the Canada Border Services Agency.
Safety-Critical Industries
Organizations like StandardAero operate in environments where human depletion has direct safety consequences. IWS resilience work in these sectors is not wellness programming. It is risk management at the human level.
Healthcare and Education
Healthcare and education institutions carry some of the highest burnout risk of any sector. IWS brings the same evidence-based resilience approach to organizations where the human cost of depletion affects both staff and the people they serve.
International Organizations
IWS has worked with organizations across continents including Bayer Indonesia, bringing the WIS®RQ resilience framework to workforces with diverse cultural, linguistic, and organizational contexts.
“Resilience is not a soft skill. It is measurable organizational infrastructure.”Joyce Odidison, M.A., MCC, CTDP · President and CEO, Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc.

Cracking the Code
on Your Resilience
Why burnout, mental health decline, leadership failure, and dependency may share a common root cause. In her most comprehensive work to date, Joyce Odidison draws on nearly 30 years of research to reveal the resilience deficits that underlie many of the challenges individuals, leaders, and organizations face repeatedly.
The book is the foundation for the WIS®RQ Resilience Framework, the monthly webinar series, and the Academy programs. It is available now at JoyceOdidison.com.
