The WIS®RQ is not a survey. It is a deep, immersive mindset and personal resilience intelligence exercise grounded in the Currency of Resilience Framework, a nine-dimensional model built on nearly 30 years of research. Employees move through an interactive, reflective experience that translates their daily habits, mindset patterns, and life practices into a precise Resilience Index that shows them where they are strong, where they are depleted, and what that means for how they show up at work and in life. Individual results are completely private and never visible to their employer, manager, or colleagues. Each person receives their personalized Resilience Index Profile immediately upon completion. Employees consistently describe it as the most honest and useful picture of themselves they have ever received from a workplace tool.

How does the organization see results without accessing individual data?

Organizations receive only aggregated, anonymized workforce resilience data through the WIS®RQ Corporate Dashboard. You see patterns across dimensions and departments without any individual results being visible or traceable. This is not a policy that can be overridden by organizational settings. How long does the Resilience Infusion program take?

The standard Resilience Infusion program runs over 90 days, beginning with the Resilience Experience deployment and with the first phase delivering a comparative Resilience Index and leadership report within 90 days. Extended infusion programs of 6 and 12 months are available for organizations that want sustained measurement and ongoing integration. We discuss the best timeline for your organization in the initial discovery conversation.

The Resilience Infusion is designed to be meaningful for organizations of 25 employees and above. It is particularly well suited for mid-size to large organizations in healthcare, education, government, and regulated industries where the cost of employee depletion is high and the expectation of measurable wellness outcomes is growing. We have worked with organizations from 50 to several thousand employees across North America.

EAPs are underutilized for a simple reason: employees do not recognize their own depletion early enough to reach out for help voluntarily. By the time most people contact their EAP, the situation has already escalated beyond what they can manage on their own. The audit identifies precisely where resilience is missing from your current initiatives, where existing investment is misaligned or untargeted, and what specific changes would make your wellness program measurably more effective using the Currency of Resilience as the organizing principle. The audit is not a prerequisite for the Resilience Infusion, but many organizations find that beginning with the audit produces a faster, more targeted infusion because the gap map is already in hand.
