Instructions: How to measure your IWQ

To measure your IWQ you will need to pick any five areas in each of the eight  dimensions that are important to your life at this time. 

Ask yourself this question: How well am I doing, managing or acting in this area?  Then give yourself a score on a scale of 1-10.

In this case, 1= poor and 10 = excellent.

Example: Someone who has a lot of anger or resentment would ask - How well do I manage my anger with myself or others?  He would probably score between 1 and 3, since a lot of anger is not good for interpersonal wellness.

 

Remember, this assessment is meant to help you find out where you are iight at this moment and to help you set a goal for where you want to get. 

It will help you to acknowledge and address  your present reality, celebrate what's working well and  devise a plan to  improve your own wellness so that you can contribute positively to your relationships and attain the success that is yours!
